How to add a payment card

Monthly payments are made easy with musicly. Follow the steps below to add a payment card to automatically pay for lessons completed at the end of the month.

Step 1:

• Click your name in the top right-hand corner of the homepage as shown below.

• Click Profile Settings.

Step 2:

• Click Manage Payment Methods on the left-hand side as shown below.

Step 3:

• Add the details of your chosen payment card (Please note musicly does not have access to your card details and the My Music Staff platform is GDPR compliant)

• Please make sure the AutoPay box is ticked at the bottom of the form to ensure payments are taken automatically as shown below.

• Just a reminder that you’ll only be charged for lessons left in the diary from the previous month. Any lessons cancelled in line with our 48-hour cancellation policy won’t be charged.
