musicly Overview

musicly has changed the way music tuition is delivered in schools. Below provides a step-by-step guide to making the most out of your musicly experience.

Step 1 - Login to musicly.

Navigate to the musicly.uk login page is found here, enter your details and log in. You’ll arrive at the homepage, which will give you a weekly overview of lessons as shown below. The blue column on the left will reveal a list of useful options for our customers to use.

This is the first page you’ll see after you log in, the blue bar on the left will expand to give you more options. For example. the calendar button will take you to your lessons and the receipt icon will let you view your upcoming invoices & payments.

As mentioned above, here’s the list of expanded options for you to use.

Step 2 - View Lessons & more.

Below is the main calendar view. This will help you keep track of lessons in both term time and holidays.

Lessons during the school holidays will be delivered by Zoom. During these periods you will be able to access Zoom via the camera icon in the top left of the lesson box, as shown in the image below.

Here’s the calendar page. This will let you view lesson times & dates, view the teacher’s name and cancel lessons outside of the 48-hour cancellation period.

Step 3 - Cancel a lesson.

*musicly has a 48-hour cancellation period - after this point we are required to pay our amazing teachers for their time at the school and sadly can’t offer reschedules, credits or refunds.

With musicly, you’ve got way more freedom over your finances. If financial circumstances change, you can cancel with 48 hours’ notice to reduce the monthly payment. Or if you’ve got a sick musician in the house and next week’s lessons aren’t looking good, simply log in, navigate to the calendar, find the lesson you’d like to cancel and follow these steps here.

Step 4 - Zoom Lessons During the Holidays

Remember! During half terms & holidays, you'll need to join your teacher's Zoom from our calendar at the scheduled lesson time. Click here to see how!
