If you’re moving school or you simply want to cancel your lessons, here’s how.

Step 1 - “I don’t want to leave musicly but a smaller bill would help me out this month”

At musicly, we understand that outgoings fluctuate and some months are more expensive than others. So we’re here to help! Here’s how to reduce your bill or cancel all lessons temporarily.

• Login to your Parent Portal here

• Navigate to your calendar view and pick the lessons you like to cancel. (If you don’t know how to cancel, click here)

• Cancel the chosen lessons for this month until things become a little easier and if you need any help, be sure to message us via our contact form and one of the team will be happy to help

*Pro Tip - A popular option is to cancel a lesson every other week, leaving only a couple of lessons therefore roughly halving your bill.

Step 2 - “I simply want to cancel & no longer receive music lessons”

Whatever the reason for cancelling, we hope you’ve had a pleasant experience with musicly and we’ve positively influenced your young musicians.

If this is the case, just email us here and we will cancel your lessons as soon as the final month’s payment has been taken. We really appreciate your feedback, we’re always looking to improve our services so a few words good or bad really helps us.
