• Enhanced DBS Checks: All of our music teachers undergo enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks. This is a government-run service that checks a person's criminal record to ensure they are suitable to work with children or vulnerable adults

• Reference Checks: We also conduct thorough reference checks on all of our music teachers to ensure their background and past work experience are in line with our high standards

• Regular Engagement: Our teachers are regularly engaged with to make sure they continue to meet our expectations and standards. This helps us maintain the quality of our education and ensure a safe learning environment for our students
