musicly Terms & Conditions
2024/2025 Terms and Conditions for Musicly Tuition Limited (“Musicly”)
Musicly will provide music lessons to the students based on the agreed schedule and duration. All tuition-related communications are to be held directly with Musicly as the supplier of music provision to your child’s school.
Payment for music tuition is due in full on the 1st of each month and covers the lessons provided in the previous month.
Accepted payment methods include direct debit through the auto-pay feature in the Musicly portal. Musicly do not accept cash or cheques as payment methods.
All lessons are to be held on school premises with the exception of school holidays where lessons will be held online via video call.
Lesson cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance via the ‘parent portal’ or the bill payer will be charged.
To cancel the service with Musicly, the parent/guardian must inform the Musicly team via email at support@musicly.uk and future lessons will be removed. Please note, the notice period for cancellation is the end of the month that the cancellation is processed.
Musicly reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons in the event of unforeseen circumstances or tutor unavailability. In such cases, Musicly will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement or reschedule the lessons.
Musicly and its tutors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the provision of music lessons, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Musicly reserves the right to terminate service for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
The customer is responsible for providing their own instrument for home practice unless otherwise agreed upon. Musicly supply instruments for use at the school only.
All materials provided by Musicly are for the customer's personal use only and should not be distributed or used for commercial purposes without express permission from Musicly.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
By enrolling a student with Musicly, Parents/Guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
